Clicking on the  button for any given content control will show the Content Config for that control. The Content Config provides details about the publishing status of the content, when it was revised and who by.

Users can also switch the content to editing mode, approve, publish and reject changes, or roll content back to a previous version.

Indicates the current content state

The Content Config button displays as different colours to indicate the content state:

 Published - The published content is up to date
 Awaiting publishing - The content has approved changes awaiting publishing by an employee with the appropriate permissions to do so
 Awaiting approval - Changes have been made and submitted for approval and publishing by an employee with the appropriate permissions to do so
 Changed - Changes have been made but have not been submitted for approval yet
