Impel Systems hosting infrastructure is located primarily in the Securiton Data Centre, Rialto building, Collins St. Melbourne CBD. The Data Centre is one of the most advanced in Australia boasting diverse A & B power feeds through backup UPS, and backup generators, 4 hour security attendance, and fire detection and suppression systems offering a 99.9% Power, Air, Data SLA.
Uptime Guarantee
We offer an uptime guarantee of 99% for faults within our control. If the customer reports the website to be down, and this is found to be correct caused by factors within control of Impel Systems, for any longer than 99% of any given billing month - we will refund 25% or your monthly hosting fee for that month.
Data Charges
Data is calculated for both incoming and outgoing streams. This is then added together to give the monthly data transfer. Any excess over the pre-paid amount for the customers given plan is then charged at the rate specified for the plan.
